Guidelines for speakers

We kindly ask the lecturers to give their presentation to the colleagues in the amphitheater at the latest during the break before the session. Prepare your presentation in .ppt, .pptx or .pdf format. Please, avoid using videos embedded in your presentation. If you have video, inform the technician during the presentation to test it before your presentation.

We kindly ask the lecturers to take into account the time allotted for presenting the work:

  • plenary lectures: 40 minutes and 5 minutes for questions and discussion;
  • invited lectures: 25 minutes and 5 minutes for questions and discussion;
  • oral presentations: 10 minutes and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
