Registration, fees and deadlines

Abstract submission deadline: CLOSED

Notification of Acceptance: Up to 15th of May, 2023

Registration fee payment deadline: 20th of May 2023

Deadline for late registration for the dinner (by email to the Organizing Committee): 26th of May, 2023

Registration Fee
For SCS members, who participate with contribution 8000 RSD
(€ 70)
For non-SCS members, who participate with contribution 12000 RSD
(€ 100)
For accompanying person 3500 RSD
(€ 30)

Registration fee for participants with contribution includes the possibility to present the results orally or by poster, the Meeting material, access to all lectures and presentations, as well as attendance at social events (excursions and dinner) for participants who registered up for them during registration.

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes the access to all lectures and presentations, as well as attendance at social events (excursions and dinner) for participants who signed up for them during registration.
